History
The first "Original" Nick's Roast Beef opened in 1938 and is located at 20th and Jackson st. in South Philadelphia.This is the family's 2nd location right here in Springfield opening it's doors in (1998). Nick's is still family owned and operated currently by Jeff and Lili.

Inside
On the inside you'll find a foyer style intimate seating area great for a family or a couple to eat removed from the bar and with a view to the outside Springfield business district and passerbys. Further in you'll find more seating and the the main center bar. A clean, pleasant and stylish decor that is perfect for family dinners or a nite out with the guy's

Menu
The menu is short but ,with real quality in mind. If you are a real Roast Beef connoisseur then you're in for a treat. Nick's uses Prime Rib and is hard to beat on both quality and pricing. Item include: Roast, Beef, Pork and Turkey. Baked Ham and an assortment of tasty appetizers like French fries Mozzarella sticks and Onion Rings to compliment that great sandwich
